His professional experience spans more than 25 years of practice in civil engineering, including nearly 10 years as a chief executive in consulting engineering. Randy's special expertise is in land development, subdivision design and construction guidance. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University. -
PresidentA graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Mark Wesolowski brings extensive project management, design expertise and administrative skills to VantagePoint.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Mark oversees all engineering and operational activities of the company. His wide experience includes roadway design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and site improvement plans. Mark is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana and Texas and is a Certified Floodplain Manager. -
Vice PresidentAs VantagePoint's Chief Financial Officer, Ken Chastain oversees all of the financial operations and company administration. With nearly 20 years' experience directing the business activities of consulting engineering firms, Ken is well versed in the unique demands that come from servicing clients in the areas of local government, land development and construction. An honors graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Ken's professional background includes urban planning, public relations and marketing. -
Director of Surveying and Field OperationsBrad Lueders graduated from Illinois State University in 1984 and has been working in the land surveying and civil engineering field ever since. A licensed Illinois Professional Land Surveyor, Brad has over 25 years experience in land surveying and is an accomplished problem-solver. Brad understands that what VantagePoint clients want most are solutions to the unique challenges of their project. -
Government Services ManagerGeoff Aggen oversees the company's municipal services operations. He has been engaged in private consulting engineering since his graduation from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, Mich.) in 2001. During that period, Geoff was responsible for several capital improvement projects for Chicago area communities, including roadway reconstruction, sanitary and storm sewer projects, water main improvements, street resurfacing and motor fuel tax programs.
A licensed Illinois and Indiana Professional Engineer, Geoff also directs VantagePoint's construction engineering and inspection services. Geoff's experience in working with local, state and federal agencies is extensive and he has proven abilities in assisting our clients in the intricacies of governmental grant funding. -
Field and Technical Support ManagerBrian Schaul;s varied and broad experience serves VantagePoint and its clients well. As the Technical Support Manager, he coordinates all of the firm's CAD operations and engineering support. Brian also manages company field activities. His team-oriented attitude and "client first" approach are as much a valuable asset to VantagePoint as his extensive expertise in technology and construction engineering.
